The tension this episode builds is suffocating. A quiet restaurant conversation shifts into full-blown campus chaos and the tonal whiplash is masterfully handled. The moral dilemma at the center hits hard. That ending had me genuinely anxious for the next episode.

This episode introduces Tamiya, showing parasites can think and study humans—not just act as monsters. The school attack proves they can invade daily life, while Migi and Shinichi clash over survival vs morality. Reproduction adds mystery.

The introduction of Tamiya and A helps provide more insight on the complex nature of the different parasites and their different motivations for survival. Also, Shinichi is required to be more actively involved in the fight as opposed to being defended by Migi.

This EP start getting deeper and more intense. The new ideas about what parasite actually are especially miss Tamiya who is intelligent and calm. The highlight in this EP is when the school is being attack. The tension Build slowly as Izumi is about to fight a parasite.

I really like the animation and the design of the parasytes. The story also progresses well. I want to see if Shinichi will ever fight together with Migi and see if there is chemistry between them. Hoping to have more actions to the next episodes!

Nah this new teacher is a PARASITE and she knows his secret. the assembly scene where everyone thinks she's beautiful while he's internally panicking? Migi's plan to hide in the crowd during the fight is cold but logical.humans are the real monsters" something's off about this 🏫

EPISODE CONTEXT

Following Shinichi and Migi's first direct parasite confrontation in Episode 2, Episode 3 escalates the scope by introducing Ryoko Tamiya, a key figure whose presence signals that the parasite threat is far more organized and insidious than initially suggested. This is still early-season foundation work—episode 3 of 24—but it's the turning point where the series transitions from reactive survival horror into a more complex web of coexistence, deception, and moral ambiguity that will define the conflicts ahead.
