Obligatory beach fanservice episode lol. The lil South Park visual gag was fun. The second half was ridiculously silly ( I mean this a compliment it made me laugh)

A balance of comedy and atmosphere with a segment set on the beach. It's loud and ridiculous, which is perfectly on brand for Panty and Stocking. Meanwhile, the second segment slows down with some memorable moments for Stocking.

I love how you can tell the animation quality improved in this episode. The line art looks a lot cleaner and smoother, it isn't as blocky as before. The second half of this episode was really wholesome since it showed a much softer side of Stocking.
