Ainz summoning the Dark Young just to show off his power is peak Overlord. The absolute despair from the Re-Estize army makes the power scaling so fun to watch. Ainz really does not play around.

seeing Ainz overwhelming entire armies through strategy, fear, and devastating summons and terrifying power and presence. After massacre half of the battlefield and seeing both sides of the army in adulterated fear and shock was just amazing

Finally the war between Baharuth Empie and the Re-Estize Kingdom began. Ainz's presence really changed the course of the war. and Gazef has made up his mind and deserves to be appreciated.

Finally, the battle that the past two episodes have been building toward. The episode title is the only thing that can describe this episode. Ainz unleashes one of his super-tier spells to start the battle and ends up soloing it instead.

This episode is truly terrifying and devastating. The overwhelming gap between Ainz’s power alone and the whole army combined is just absurd. I’m having a tough time watching this while still rooting for everyone when their connection are all entangled and complicated.

The title of this episode really fits what happened in it. It clearly shows how OP Ainz is and how much of a disadvantage his opponents are in their all out battle. The scenes are very cinematic and enjoyable to watch.

All-out battle finally starts. Tension runs high across the New World for both enemies and allies of Ainz, and we get to see how a level 100 character like Ainz scales in a national-scale conflict. The only issue is that it's CGI-heavy and could be distracting for some.

EPISODE CONTEXT

As the penultimate episode of Season 3, 'Massacre' is the explosive payoff to a season spent methodically building Ainz's political machinations and military positioning, with 'Another Battle' serving as the final escalation point. Everything from the kingdom's internal politics to Ainz's calculated provocations converges here in devastating fashion. This episode channels that accumulated tension into raw spectacle, setting the stage for the season finale 'Player vs Player,' which pivots from large-scale warfare to more intimate, personal confrontations.
