EPISODE REVIEWS

Looks the the final battle will be based on the faceoff between Father & Daughter, Helio vs Geo centrism. Both half of the episode dont really progress the story alot, its more of seeing where things are with both of them and how much they have evolve as a person.

The episode's plot tone was calming and full of emotions. Nowak and Jolenta on different world, beliefs, and feelings after all those years. Never imagined that Oczy's spirit be nostalgic and his presence take me back to where it all started. Anticipating episode to look forward.

I loved this episode, but I'm giving it a medium rating because of how much anxiety this episode made me feel. Like wow, I Love it, it is brilliant but... mahn some dialogue raised too many flags and all of them way too red for my liking. The animation style is awesome wow.

The vibes are immaculate. It reminds us why they’re fighting so hard for the simple beauty of the truth. Absolutely stunning.

Damn this is really a 10/10 episode! The music and the dialogue is just poignant. It is a common theme that each and every character in the series has a a mission, or "conviction" as Draka says.

We see Novak's return bringing more tension on the pursuit of the stolen book. This episode give us more story on the inquisitor side as Aschl and Novak work together on the investigation.

We finally meet the players, with some fresh faces and old ones. Seeing Jolenta and hearing her still have the same believe as before was something that was needed, a glimpse as if the past won't be forgotten. The plot is picking up pace, hopefully the animation will be better!

I can't help, but feel that Frei is going to betray the plot. That zoom in when he asked where they're going next has me stressed. I do not feel like Jolenta is gonna make it out of this anime alive after that scene.

This ep keeps showing on what do the characters fight for when they're lost? I'd like to compliment my girl jolenta. Humanism over dogma, even when it means uncertainty. also nowak's a mess, from grief and even hunting his own daughter, well, unknowingly.

Do we need THIS much villain screen time? I get humanizing him but patience wearing thin. Give me more Draka less drunk inquisitor please. The writing's solid but feels like time that could've gone to characters we actually root for. Skippable vibes. 😐
