this Kaede girl is quite intense haha. Pretty much the most open-minded character I've encountered and isn't shy about teasing Mahiro. The wholesomeness of the series increases as it progresses. The art on the Space titantic they watched was awesome I laughed a crack so hard.

I’m starting to actually enjoy the character growth here. It’s still funny, but I can see small changes in how he acts. It’s weirdly wholesome in a way I didn’t expect.

New character is introduction in this episode and it instantly blends into story. That shopping trip is fun and chaotic but bonds grew more stronger. However I love how Mahiro try to help is sister at the second half🥺. It's pure wholesome and chaotic at the same time!

Episode Context

Coming off the more personally challenging territory of Episode 2, this third outing shifts gears by expanding Mahiro's social world beyond just Mihari, introducing Kaede as a key recurring presence. It's an early-season pivot from internal adjustment to external relationships, laying essential groundwork for Episode 4's continued exploration of Mahiro forming new connections. At the quarter mark of this 12-episode run, the series is clearly building out its cast and deepening its themes of adaptation and personal growth.
