Okay, this one was better than the last. Even if there wasn't much Saitama, the battle was very exciting to watch. Definitely watch if you like high-stakes action.

This episode is tense and emotional by mixing big moments with a focus on the characters. It moves fast, but some unstable animation makes it feel uneven. Even with those flaws, the sad and powerful parts kept interested.

Another good one for the books! Great action sequence between Child emperor and Phoenix. Good pacing. Good animation. Hopes high for the season finale episodes. Gritty battle kept me hooked!

Focused and intense, Child Emperor takes the spotlight in this episode, with a smart, high-pressure fight. It’s less chaotic and easier to follow. Animation still has issues, but the tension and stakes carry it. Honestly, this one’s solid. Highly recommended to watch.

This episode is a SOLID follow-up to Episode 8's animation turnaround. The mecha battle is fun, the animation is fluid, and for the first time all season, the music actually works. After seven episodes of PowerPoint presentations, a silly victory is a victory.

This episode is so engaging, I almost forget to breath because it's so intense. the visual aspect finally catch up to the audio aspect. It’s really impressive that the mecha and pieces were all animated in 2d instead of CGI.

Direction felt off. Child Emperor's moment seemed forced. Animation was great, but the story... questionable. Is this really canon? Needs more Saitama!

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at episode 9 of 12, 'Brave Child' drives deeper into the Monster Association raid arc that has defined Season 3, narrowing focus onto Child Emperor's critical role in the hostage rescue after 'Ninja Tale' broadened the S-Class assault. This episode serves as a pivotal bridge, resolving one of the raid's key individual confrontations before 'Immortal Bloodbath' shifts attention to other heroes and their escalating battles within the stronghold. The season is entering its final stretch, and the intensity here signals the approaching climax.
