Garou’s introduction is an absolute masterclass. Walking straight into Hero Association headquarters, mocking both sides, and effortlessly dismantling an entire room of top tier criminals and A-class heroes just to announce his Hero Hunt was peak.

Saitama is genuinely one of my favorite protagonists I've watched. I love how even in serious situations, he's so nonchalant. Seeing the higher-ranked heroes being drawn to him, just because of who he is, is so fun to watch.

Episode Context

Following the season opener 'Return of the Hero,' which reestablished the monster threat landscape, episode 2 introduces the season's central antagonist in Garou and his crusade against heroes, this is the inciting event that drives virtually everything forward. It also expands the hero roster with Hellish Blizzard, building out the political dynamics within the Hero Association. Consider this the launchpad for the Hero Hunter arc that will define the rest of the season.
