I was actually shaking seeing Luffy lose it like that and the way he just flew at Doflamingo after seeing Law on the ground was everything

Doflamingo is such a monster for what he did to Law but that speech about Corazon and the perennial youth surgery really shows how Law will never let that guy win

I still cant believe they put Law Dies in the actual title of the episode because it totally ruined the surprise for me

Law putting all his faith in Luffy right before he got taken out was so sad and they have come a long way since Punk Hazard and it shows

This arc usually feels like it drags forever but this episode actually moved and delivered on the drama and Law getting shot like that changed everything

Luffy coming back with that much anger in his face is exactly the kind of energy this fight against Doflamingo needed

Doflamingo shooting Law like that was actually insane and the blood looked so real this time

Dressrosa takes forever sometimes and the title was a massive spoiler but Doflamingo is such a terrifying villain that he carries the tension

The way Law whispered at the very end made the whole death fakeout feel so obvious but at least he is still alive

Luffy losing it when he saw Law on the ground gave me chills and that first hit on Doflamingo felt like it took forever to happen but man it was satisfying

My brain refuses to believe Law is dead because this show never kills anyone but those gunshots felt way too real and I hope he has some kind of secret plan with his room

I felt so bad for Law when Doflamingo kept shooting him while he was already down on the ground and bleeding out

Luffy losing his mind after finding Law was the best part of the whole episode and that Elephant Gun looked like it carried every bit of his anger

Seeing Law on the ground like that was brutal, but everyone knows Oda doesn't kill off characters this easily in the middle of a fight

The title really tried to scare everyone, but nobody actually believes Law is dead after that whisper at the end. It was still painful to watch him get shot like that though

When Luffy unleashed that Gatling, I genuinely felt the sheer weight of his anger and how desperately he wanted to end Doflamingo right there. All the pain he's seen caused by Doffy in Dressrosa just erupted, and honestly, I was so ready for it.

Law telling Doflamingo to go lick his boots instead of giving him immortality was the coolest thing he has ever done and it shows how much he trusts Luffy to finish this

Luffy flying back into the fight and just clobbering Doflamingo was exactly what we needed after seeing Law get treated like that and his face looked terrifying for once

The animation during the big clash looked decent but the pacing in this arc is killing me because they spent way too much time on Bellamy and flashbacks instead of the main fight

Ugh, I swear this "Law is dead" title is such a troll, especially after hearing that voice right at the end; like, come on, you know he's not actually gone. Honestly though, this Dressrosa arc has been going on forever with all these constant flashbacks, I'm kinda ready for it to just end already.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Coming directly off Episode 720's emotional farewell between Luffy and Bellamy, this episode pivots hard into the climactic confrontation that the entire Dressrosa arc has been building toward. It represents a critical escalation in the fight to liberate Dressrosa from Doflamingo's stranglehold, raising the personal stakes for Luffy to their highest point yet. The episodes that follow will ride the momentum generated here as the battle for Dressrosa enters its final, most intense phase.
