I was not expecting a literal dragon to show up in a filler arc and seeing Luffy try to eat its head was the funniest thing ever

Episode Context

This is the second episode of the non-canon Warship Island arc, a filler stretch that sits between the crew's East Blue adventures and the proper Grand Line saga. The previous episode introduced Apis and the crew's unexpected detour, while this one deepens her mystery and connects it to the arc's central legend. Everything here is setup, establishing the mythical stakes and new lore that will drive the remaining Warship Island episodes before the story returns to canon material.
