Episode Context

This episode follows the crew's crucial meeting with Mont Blanc Cricket, who laid out exactly how to reach Skypiea via the Knock Up Stream, but only if they can secure a South Bird for navigation. It serves as the preparation phase before the crew faces one of their most dramatic ascents yet, bridging the Jaya arc's ground-level intrigue with the high-stakes voyage to the sky island. Everything here directly feeds into the ticking clock leading up to the Knock Up Stream encounter.
