Luffy beating crocodile was so satisfying! I really liked how he figured out a way to hit him by using his own blood that was really smart of him. The ending of the Alabasta arc felt really earned after everything that happened.

Vivi's voice finally cutting through all the chaos after the rain started, and then the fighting actually stopping? My jaw was on the floor, I swear; it felt like such a huge victory for her, carrying the weight of a whole country like that. And Luffy figuring out to use his own blood to hit Crocodile, that was brilliant, and I just knew his final Gum-Gum Storm was going to connect, just felt so incredibly earned after all their desperate struggles in the desert.
