Why does every authority figure in this show feel slightly unhinged. But the trauma reveal?? Okay that hit. I still wouldn’t die for strangers though.
Looks like this episode focused more on ideology. The “firefighter never dies for nothing” line shows his mindset clearly. It added emotional weight.
