A nice wrap-up episode. We get to see the amnesiac Kaname act cool for once, while Kiyomine finally seems concerned about the original Kaname's state of mind. The ending leaves me hoping for a second season that explores the reason behind Kaname's amnesia.

I really like the animation, the details in effects and the play were really good. What I like here is that there’s a balance of relationship and development. Kei got me really hooked and I'm kinda happy with how it ends. Though this season is just basically knowing the characters so I hope there will be a next season focusing more on the game.

Episode Context

As the twelfth and final episode, this directly follows the emotionally charged revelations of Episode 11's "I'm a Liar," shifting from dramatic tension into reflective resolution. Rather than delivering a climactic game or cliffhanger, the finale serves as a thematic capstone for the entire season's exploration of memory, identity, and the unlikely team assembled at Kotesashi High. It also functions as a bridge, laying groundwork for the confirmed second season while giving the first chapter a satisfying emotional close.
