Episode 6 follows the Paranormal Patrol's initial arrival at the mountain in 'Red Plum Blossoms on the Demons' Mountain' and pushes them squarely into the Gyūki Clan's domain, raising the stakes considerably. This is the middle chapter of a multi-episode arc — it deepens the threat and positions Rikuo directly in the path of conflict.
