I didn't expect the build-up to take this long. The major battle should have started by now so that there would be plenty of action, and the fights wouldn't end so quickly. It might have been better if there had been an element of a surprise attack before the episode ended.

Finally, the Shikoku Demons arc is getting started. What a waste of eps to run, which is used to attempt to progress the plot. With only three eps left, this was just going to get started, and the pacing highly has some issues throughout this series. The repetitive shots of the train, the mixed CGI animations, and Kana! Why was she keeping getting in between shots?

Hyakki Yako memang salah satu konsep paling keren dari Nurarihyon no Mago. Banyak yokai dengan desain dan kepribadian beda-beda dikumpulkan dalam satu cerita tuh punya daya tarik sendiri. Rikuo juga sekarang auranya udah beda banget dibanding episode awal 😆 Shoei di sisi lain... hot-blooded banget ya ampuuuun. Lihat dia aja kadang bikin ikutan capek wkwk
