This is such a sweet ending. I really like Rikuo's attack reflect that he needs everyone, he needs the Hyakki Yagyo that's behind him. It was great reflection from his training. And even though it is an open one, I feel like this is good place to stop and pause for the series. I really like seeing everyone together as shown at the end, even the paranormal club, which again as I said before, is an unnecessary part of this season. But beside that, I really enjoy watching this series, feels like a blast from the past lol. And that ending reflecting the first epiosde is a chef kiss.
Ending in a cliffhanger, the story simply embarks on an unresolved fight alongside highly emotional scenes and heartwarming moments after an incredibly long yet interesting buildup. The conclusion of this episode absolutely leaves you with an open, hanging ending. Considering how long its narrative structure was, and given the very on point plot direction, it remains quietly satisfying despite the cliffhanger. Actually, this truly deserves a new season!!!!
