I feel like the animation budged was doubled this episode. The movements are crisp and fluid. The falling pieces from the shell are very cinematic, especially the scene where Hagoromo looked at a piece that fell behind Rikuo. And my girl Yura got her moment too, which is a win in my book! For the plot twist of someone pulling the string behind the scene, I think it was already out in the open from episodes ago, but the see the reveal and how people reacted was definitely dramatic and entertaining.
As the climax unfolds, the plot keeps twisting with so many major revelations coming to light, growing increasingly deeper and darker in a way that will totally capture your interest even further. Plus, the animation is crisp with well executed 3D effects in some particular scenes, and even though the minor face offs are shown at a brisk, fast paced duration, the transition momentum was spot on.
