the kazuma revelation recontextualizes the entire relationship between yato and bishamon with retroactive depth. structurally this is exactly where the arc needed to go, the conflict stops being a simple grudge and becomes something with genuine moral complexity. the escalation in this episode is extremely well earned.
yato being so incredibly cool this episode is everything i needed tbh. the dramatic energy is absolutely unreal and i was genuinely not prepared for how intense things were going to get. every time you think you understand the full situation this show completely pulls the rug out from under you fr ngl
the reveal about kazuma's past completely shattered how i understood everything up to this point. kugaha already operating as a full mastermind was intense enough on its own, but THAT KAZUMA CONFESSION on top of it made this episode genuinely unhinged. my emotions were all over the place watching this.
