This opening episode was a lot messier than I thought. With an engaging start from the woman and fire, then eventually, who'd have thought that some familiar names in history would be involved? What got me hooked was the star-studded voice actors! Light, Gin-san, Eren, and Zoro!

the episode grand energy and a dramatic sci-fi fantasy vibe. Pacing moves quickly to set up the world, animation looks stylish during action scenes and the music feels epic throughout. Expect bold characters, mystery and explosive first impressions

A rather well-animated start with characters based on historical figures and mechs all around—a great start to an old and particular series.
