This episode concludes the flashback mini-arc, explaining how the relationship between two significant characters began and how they ended up in their current situation. Quite fascinating to see some of their personalities from the past and how they contrast with their present selves. Of course, we are teased with the repercussions of this reveal as the story moves on.

Aside from the excellent action sequences, as always, this episode focuses on the relationship between Raizel and Frankenstein and how they came to cherish both their bond and the simple life they lead now. There are some very touching and heartwarming moments.

This episode really shows why Rai and Frankenstein’s bond hits so hard 😭 😭The Lukedonia flashback atmosphere felt emotional and elegant at the same time. Also, the OST during the noble conflict was absolutely beautiful.
