While I was watching the first few minutes, I was thinking to myself, "This is getting more visually calm. It's not as intense as before. I like this." And suddenly: "Ah yes... the toothbrush episode."I had no idea what to expect. I never spoiled myself about this episode, so I had no idea what it was about, and for the first time, I think I have no words. In previous episodes, I mentioned some deep ideas. I was able to understand the philosophical, psychological, and even therapeutic insights...And now, I have to deal with the moral conflict of this twisted relationship. This is going to be classified, for me, as one of the worst and best episodes of anime I've ever seen.

Karen and Koyomi's challenge completely stole the spotlight, while Tsukihi's sudden interruption made everything even more chaotic. The direction, expressions, and timing turned a simple scene into unforgettable comedy.
