At first the episode title seemed to allude to a rival for Raku, but lo and behold, it is a rival for the girls. This is fun and whacky, I really like that we get Tsugumi's character exploration right from the get go. And that plot twist at the end was done really well too!

MY BEST GIRL IS HEREEE!!!!! With the added new character, the tension on their fake relationship just sky rockets. And the animation here during the fight and running is so fluid and smooth. Waahhh a great episode. everything is great.
