Wasn't expecting this episode to be this quiet, with light action, but it honestly needed it. The writing shifted hard to expose the corporate scheme. Visuals were pretty muted, but they gave the revenge path actual weight.

Episode Context

Sitting at episode 8 of 13, this lands right at the transition from setup to endgame. Episode 7 delivered a key milestone with Higan achieving Gusoku Gear synchronization, and Episode 8 leverages that momentum by broadening the conflict to AUZA's larger ambitions and the organized resistance forming against them. It functions as a critical bridge episode, deepening the political and personal stakes before the series drives toward its final confrontations.
