This was such an interesting episode. This time both sides seemed pretty bad. One side using awful weapons and the other side being cruel to those who don't want to fight. I wonder how much is being hidden from those who are fighting.
Can the machines truly think and feel, or are they just copying humans? 🤔 This is a recurring theme in this story, and this ep sheds light on that question. 9S is showing his rather emotional and extremist views here 😔💔 Though that’s what makes his character special~ A huge contrast to 2B’s nonchalant energy 😂 Meanwhile, there’s a bit of sus vibes with the whole YoRHa Project in that scene with Commander White. TBH, the amusement park scenes are a little lacking… But the BOSS FIGHT and its aftermath improves on the haunting and thought-provoking vibes from the OG game!
I want to know the machine lifeforms' backstory. I don't know if they'll show it, but the story gets sadder by the minute. The animation of the unique machine lifeform was amazing, the cloth movement looked realistic. The background music during the fight scenes was insanely creepy.
