Synopsis
It has been a year since Aoba Suzukaze started working at the Eagle Jump game company. In that time, she and her eccentric coworkers in the character design department have worked hard to release the company's newest game: Fairies Story 3. With their latest title now complete, a new project must begin—starting with a contest to decide the character designs for the upcoming game. Through hard work, dedication, and some guidance from the previous character designer, Kou Yagami, Aoba wins the contest and begins her new role as lead character designer. However, her new job is not an easy one. In addition to having extra work and longer hours, Aoba questions whether she is the right fit for the job. As she overcomes her inexperience with the help of her friends and coworkers, Aoba is willing to face any challenge to make Eagle Jump's newest creation, a cutesy game called Peco.

I really like how this anime ends. Seeing all the hard work the characters put into their project finally pay off feels very satisfying. The final scene between Aoba and Yagami especially highlights their relationship in the most wholesome way possible.
As the game’s development nears its end, it’s really nice to see the characters reflect on everything they’ve accomplished so far. Seeing your work turn out well is such a motivating feeling, and I could really feel that from them. Definitely one of the most relatable ep so far.
I really love Nene and Aoba’s friendship. You can truly feel how much they care about each other, and their bond feels so genuine. That’s what I love about slice-of-life anime, it doesn’t just make you invested in the story, but in the characters too.
I really love how their team works together. I can genuinely feel the camaraderie and teamwork they bring to get the job done. Especially now that their leaders are away, it really highlights how capable and well-coordinated they are as a team.
Man, I love this episode! It was so funny and entertaining, and at times I honestly felt a little jealous of the characters. Having your friends work at the same company as you seems so nice and it makes everything feel more fun and comforting.
I love Umiko’s character so much! As a developer myself, I can really relate to her experience of programming something the front-end team came up with. I also love how cute she is in her interactions with Aoba.
This episode has a different feel to it than the rest as it was a day-off episode. It's so entertaining watching the characters on how they are outside of work.
I am liking this anime more and more after each episode. I'm glad that I get to immerse myself in their workplace, and feel the same energy as them.
I love the character dynamics between Kou and Rin. I can really feel the bond that they built after years of working together. Seeing characters like this makes me feel happy for them.
First character development episode! Really loving their character dynamics in this episode. I also like how they treat obstacles and failures, and it really motivates me to work even harder.
There’s something about this anime that heals me from the inside. I love how wholesome it is, and it makes working look so fun. It kind of motivates me and makes me feel more productive.
Great pilot episode for this anime! I love how cozy and wholesome it feels, and I really like the premise. I also like the characters so much that I wish they were my coworkers.
