Episode Context

Sitting at episode 34 of 50, this episode follows the Mariko-focused 'The Guy Who Fell for the Vapid Girl,' which put a spotlight on her romantic struggles. This installment shifts the lens to Risa, giving her a rare moment in the foreground before the series pivots back with 'Feeling Heartbroken - Ayumi!,' which dives deeper into Ayumi's emotional world. It's a deliberately gentler interlude in what is otherwise a stretch of episodes cycling through the ensemble's relationship complexities.
