Episode Context

As Episode 1 of 26, this is pure setup, nothing precedes it, and everything follows from it. It plants the core premise of Negi navigating Class 3-A while concealing his identity as a wizard, a tension the season will continuously mine. The next episode begins pulling on the magical threads only teased here, so this premiere functions as your entry point into both the characters and the larger fantastical stakes to come.
