One of the coolest powers in this anime alongside the whole concept of Kekkei Genkai shows up. The world-building is too awesome and I love the pace at how it's introduced. Good dialogue and writing!

I felt for Guy-sensei when Kakashi was yelling at him, because it shows how much he actually believes in Lee and his dream

Lee is the realest character for making Gaara look scared and he did it all with pure effort instead of some magic demon power

watching Lee muscles literally tearing apart while he refuses to stop is the most intense thing this show has done yet

I actually screamed when Lee started moving so fast the sand could not even keep up and Gaara finally got hit in the face

that blue aura around Lee is such a massive level up and seeing him open five gates just to prove a point was heavy

The contrast between Lee working his life away and Gaara just standing there with all that natural power is so frustrating to watch but it makes you respect Lee so much more

My heart broke for Lee when he realized Gaara survived his best attack and I hate that he has to push himself even further into that forbidden technique just to stay in the fight

It is hard to watch Lee destroy his body with those inner gates even if he is finally doing damage to Gaara. The physical cost looks way too high for a student

My chest felt tight when Kakashi used his sharingan and realized Lee was literally tearing his muscles apart to keep up with Gaara
