filler naruto strikes again and i really wish they would get back to the actual story because this sagi and toki stuff is not doing it for me

i actually liked seeing toki step out from her brothers shadow and naruto giving her that pep talk felt like the old days before all this filler started

Episode Context

This is the middle chapter of the Cursed Warrior Extermination Mission arc, building on the groundwork laid in Episode 162's initial encounter with the ghostly figure in the Land of Birds. It deepens the political web surrounding Sagi, Mōsō, and Kōmei before the arc escalates in Episode 164. Sitting at episode 163 of 220, this falls squarely in the original series' extended filler run that bridges the gap before the Naruto Shippuden transition.
