I genuinely snorted when Sai tried to decode Sakura's emotions; his deadpan questions about her mood were so off the mark it was hilarious. It’s wild to me how he can be so skilled in combat yet utterly clueless about basic social interactions, and I was so glad for that moment of levity in an otherwise intense episode.
