Episode Context

Episode 450 wraps up the extended 'Jiraiya Ninja Scrolls' filler arc, an alternate-timeline narrative set within Tsunade's Infinite Tsukuyomi dream, which followed 'The Shinobi Unite' in the previous episode. This marks a significant transition point as the series moves away from this what-if storyline and into 'Itachi's Story: Light and Darkness,' beginning with episode 451, 'Birth and Death.' With 50 episodes remaining in the full 500-episode run, the series is entering its final stretch toward the conclusion of the Fourth Great Ninja War.
