Jiraiya being alive for a moment genuinely shocked me, but knowing it was just a dream quickly sucked all the air out of the room for me. I just found myself so frustrated, wondering why I should even care about the intense battles if none of it is truly happening. It almost makes me question the narrative's intention, pulling me in only to reveal it's all imaginary.
