I am so tired of this Jiraiya dream sequence and they just butchered the entire Pain fight by making it move at light speed without any of the actual feelings from the original show

the animation was decent for the pain fight but it is hard to care when none of this actually matters for the plot

my brain is melting with these infinite fillers and I just want to get back to the actual war instead of watching this knockoff version of the pain arc

I am so tired of this Jiraiya scrolls nonsense and seeing Pain show up again just feels like a bad fever dream that will not end

putting major moments like sasuke getting his mangekyo into a filler arc is such a strange move and it makes the canon stuff feel so far away

stop giving us these fake versions of scenes we already saw years ago and just finish the actual story already

I really tried to give this Jiraiya scrolls arc a chance, but I am completely over it after this week because it feels like the studio is just stalling for time with this Narutoception stuff and it is killing the momentum of the actual war, and seeing Pain show up again just to get beaten by a weirdly buffed Naruto makes the original arc feel less special

how many more months are we going to be stuck in this story within a story because seeing the same fights rehashed with worse writing is exhausting

The logic here is so messy, especially since Naruto is somehow wrecking the Pains but then Sasuke is still a huge problem for him in this dream world

this whole episode felt like reading a weird fanfic where the power scaling makes zero sense and Naruto suddenly handles the rinnegan like it is nothing

watching the leaf get destroyed by pain for the second time in a filler arc is actually painful because we all know this is not even real

Ugh, I'm just so over these filler episodes; this one felt like it actively tried to make me forget what's even going on in the main story, and honestly, my patience is wearing thin waiting for the actual plot to kick back in. It's like they're teasing us at this point.

It's really heartwarming to think about Jiraiya writing Naruto as the hero in his book; I can totally picture him grinning while he wrote it. But honestly, even that sweetness can't make me overlook how much they're stretching this filler arc out, it's just getting a bit much now.

Ugh, I really struggled with the dialogue in this "what if" episode; it felt so forced and honestly, it made me wonder if the writers were just phoning it in. I mean, after everything we've seen, I expected more than just this clunky conversation.

This Jiraiya dream world arc is really testing my limits; sure, the idea of a different Hidden Leaf is kinda cool, but it just drags and drags. I'm starting to think they're seriously just waiting for the manga to catch up with all this alternate reality stuff, and I miss the tension of the actual war, you know?

That massive moon hanging over the village was truly a sight, I'll give it that, but my patience was wearing thin waiting for anything meaningful to actually happen. I just kept thinking how many epic fights and revelations we've had in the past, and this episode just left me hanging.

It's wild how seeing Kushina and Minato, two characters I love so much, back on screen feels so...off to me in this filler arc. I keep wanting to get invested in their story, but the knowledge that it's not canon just pulls me right out, which is a real shame for what could've been an amazing reunion.

Gah, I can't believe this Jiraiya filler is *still* going on, my patience is definitely wearing thin when the real world is literally ending. I just want to know what's happening with Naruto and the gang fighting the Infinite Tsukuyomi, this feels like such an unnecessary slowdown.

Ugh, my interest is totally tanking because this episode felt like total fanfiction junk, which is just wild to me. Seriously, how are we still watching this instead of finally getting to the Kaguya fight when the whole world's on the line?

Ugh, another filler episode, I was really hoping we'd get back to the main story this week but nope. Honestly, if you're like me and just want the plot to progress, you can totally skip this one.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Episode 447 falls within Shippuden's lengthy filler block in the 440s, which diverges from the main Fourth Great Ninja War narrative to explore alternate scenarios. It follows 'Collision,' where Sasuke's Mangekyō Sharingan awakening played out in this reimagined context, and leads directly into 'Comrade,' which continues developing the shifting dynamics among the shinobi cast within this filler arc. Canon material resumes later, so viewers marathon-watching toward the series finale may choose to skip ahead.
