It's hard to reconcile these filler moments with the intensity of the war, but I was genuinely captivated by Sakura finally unlocking the Byakugou seal. Seeing her push past her limits, driven by that desire to really protect her friends, made me feel like she's finally getting the recognition she deserves after all this time. And then Karin's backstory just gutted me; it's so much more tragic than I ever imagined.
