It finally clicked for me how Tsunade training Ino with chakra control actually helped her clan jutsu and not just medical stuff because it always felt a bit random before

Episode Context

Sitting deep in Shippuden's extended filler stretch around episodes 394-413, this episode follows 'The Place Where I Belong,' which established Team Asuma's internal dynamics and growing skill sets. Episode 407 builds on that foundation by putting those abilities into practice, and leads into 'The Cursed Puppet,' which shifts focus to new opponents and escalating Chunin Exam challenges, all before the series eventually returns to the main war arc.
