Kakashi, despite having learned so much about the importance of teamwork from Minato, still ended up sending his own genin back to the academy, and I found myself feeling genuinely sympathetic for his struggle. It makes me realize just how much trial and error he went through to become the effective leader of Team 7 that we know later.
