Sai joining Team Kakashi just feels like such a deliberate roadblock, and my gut tells me Danzo's plan here is even more sinister than just surveillance. It's so painful watching Naruto try to hold everything together when all he wants is to find Sasuke, and this new guy is clearly making it impossible for him to trust anyone. I just wish they'd let Naruto focus on his mission without all this political maneuvering getting in the way.
