Itachi finally admitting he could not save Sasuke on his own hit me pretty hard, because he finally stopped trying to carry everything alone. I understood Izanami better here than in the manga, and seeing the history of the clan losing their minds over Izanagi explained why they were so messy. Itachi really chose a kind way to stop Kabuto

Izanami feels like such a huge reach just to give Itachi a win but that female Uchiha in the flashback looked really cool
