Nono handing over her glasses to that utterly devastated kid was just gut-wrenching for me; I couldn't help but feel she was trying to impart some small bit of humanity, or even a piece of her own identity, in a world that had stripped him bare. It was such a profoundly sad moment, making me really question what kind of desperation leads to such a gesture.
