Bringing Hayate back, cough and all, right in the thick of the Fourth Great Ninja War just made my head spin, like, why *now*? Even with the undeniably slick moonlight fight scenes, I can't shake this feeling that it was such a weird time for this particular flashback, pulling me right out of the main action.
