I was genuinely stunned when Itachi pulled out Shisui's eye to break free; it really felt like a callback to his earlier sacrifices for the village, and seeing him team up with Naruto and Bee to finally take down Nagato was so satisfying. His words to Naruto about what truly makes a Hokage felt incredibly profound coming from him, even if that recap montage at the end was a bit much.
