I really didn't expect to feel bad for Kisame, the shark guy, but his backstory seriously clicked for me, showing why he was always so obsessive about loyalty. Watching him choose to essentially self-destruct just to protect Tobi's plan was such a wild, tragic end, and I think Might Guy promising to remember him gave his lonely life some real meaning.
