Kisame's whole deal finally clicked for me after seeing his past; I mean, having to murder his own friends just to keep the Hidden Mist safe really paints a picture of why he'd throw in with Obito, and my jaw just dropped when he sacrificed himself to the sharks, but honestly, it made me see him as a real shinobi for staying true to his convictions until his last breath.
