Naruto trying to stay still is so funny but that baton Fukasaku uses looks like it actually hurts and those frog statues are creepy since they used to be people who failed the training

Episode Context

Coming directly off the decryption of Jiraiya's coded message, a moment heavy with loss and urgency, this episode pivots to preparation, with Naruto channeling grief into purpose at Mount Myoboku. His Sage Jutsu training is the critical bridge between Jiraiya's sacrifice and the looming Akatsuki threat to the Hidden Leaf Village. Everything being established here is foundational for what's ahead, making this a canon episode that rewards patient viewers with meaningful payoff down the line.
