Itachi's tears during his final confrontation with Sasuke were such a gut punch; I totally underestimated the depth of his sacrifice until that moment. It just makes me feel for him, knowing he carried that burden for so long while my boy Sasuke only saw pure hatred. Now, everything about their tragic past feels completely flipped for me.
