The way we saw might guys power unfold was amazing. To be shown how much power he truly has with only 6 gates was amazing to see the rivalry between the skill of Kakashi vs Guy

Guy opening gates is a hype scene, showcasing his power despite being only a Taijutsu user. He is a unique character, a minority of their power system.

Episode Context

Coming off 'A Meeting With Destiny,' which established the initial confrontation with formidable adversaries, episode 14 escalates the stakes by throwing the protagonists into the thick of battle and forcing them to adapt under pressure. This is still very early in Shippuden's 500-episode run, firmly within the opening arcs that reintroduce the cast as hardened shinobi and set the tone for the series' elevated combat. It feeds directly into 'The Secret Weapon is Called...,' continuing the momentum of these unfolding battles and the strategic chess match between both sides.
