EPISODE REVIEWS

sasuke is being so cold during this whole recruitment thing and he barely even blinks when he threatens people now

Episode Context

Coming directly off Sasuke's pivotal break from Orochimaru, episode 115 marks the beginning of his recruitment arc as he starts assembling his own squad. Suigetsu is the first piece of the puzzle, and this episode establishes the tone and mission structure that will carry through subsequent episodes as Sasuke gathers more allies. It's a transitional but essential chapter that bridges the Orochimaru confrontation with the larger objectives Sasuke has in mind.
