EPISODE CONTEXT
Arriving just past the quarter mark of the 26-episode run, Episode 7 follows the hot spring shenanigans of Episode 6 and continues to flesh out the island's eccentric customs and social hierarchy through the introduction of the Lord of the South. Rather than advancing a central plot, this episode broadens the world by layering in new traditions and characters, setting the tone for the mid-season episodes that dig deeper into island life and the growing bonds between Ikuto and the community around him.
