What a beautifully way to wrap up the season. This finale delivers an incredibly rich, emotionally resonant comparison between familial legacy and newfound love. The graveyard sequence manages to unlock Tsubaki's deeply buried vulnerability in a way that feels completely earned. Quiet, but hits harder than it looks.
Wait… this episode actually tightens the emotional screw more than expected. I thought it would just lean into the usual weirdness, but the “squeeze” moments hit different—awkward, tense, and strangely tender. The pacing feels sharp, like everything is one mistake away from collapsing.
I went into this episode expecting pure chaos, but it actually balanced jealousy, awkward romance, and emotional payoff really well. Hayakawa seriously carried the tension, while Urabe stayed terrifyingly calm. The festival scenes were weirdly intense too.
Talk about a recipe for absolute disaster! Watching Hayakawa completely upend the dynamic with her incredibly calculated, devious schemes felt like watching a slow-motion car crash in the best way possible. The tension during that park encounter is unbelievable. A genuinely gripping, top-tier setup episode.
Okay, I didn’t expect twin tails to cause this much chaos. This episode leaned harder into jealousy and possessiveness, but it somehow stayed funny instead of toxic. Urabe’s expressions this episode were lowkey terrifying and hilarious at the same time.
Dang, this episode completely blew me away with its intense, storm-driven atmosphere. The tension inside Urabe's apartment is absolutely off the charts, shifting their relationship into uncharted, much more mature territory. The soundtrack perfectly amplifies the raw emotion of the moment.
I didn’t expect this episode to be so oddly wholesome. It serves up an incredibly fun comparison between Oka and Urabe's drastically different approaches to romance. Between the sports festival energy and Urabe’s quiet way of showing affection, this episode actually had some really cute moments.
This episode actually felt kinda sweet underneath all the awkwardness. I liked seeing Urabe get quietly jealous for once, and the final photo scene genuinely made me laugh. Classic Urabe! The slower pacing worked surprisingly well here as well.
A quiet finale that feels soft and intimate, staying true to the series’ slow, awkward tone. By the end, it feels like a fitting conclusion, showing how their unusual relationship comes to a close. It’s also a first-time experience seeing an anime story like this.
Not gonna lie, this was probably the most “normal” date episode so far… and somehow still the weirdest one. They really nailed the summer vibe here. The beach visuals looked great, the pacing felt chill, and Urabe stayed unpredictably funny the whole time.
The introduction of Oka completely changes the game, adding a hilarious new layer of chaos to the mix. It’s wild watching her systematically test the limits of the series' bizarre mechanics to uncover secrets. The pacing is snappy, and that dream sequence is beautifully surreal.
In this episode, things that weren’t possible before are now allowed. There’s a moment that’s just a cute, simple action, but the animation makes it instantly blush-worthy. The direction stays minimal, but everything still feels meaningful.
A true test of connection via drool, haha! The pacing is steady, offering up some genuinely sweet romance. The comedy is incredibly sharp as well, and watching their emotional connection deepen is highly satisfying. Weird? Absolutely.
Yeah! That was a completely unhinged episode for me. Urabe is definitely weird—I was laughing the whole time during those scissor scenes, haha. Overall, the pacing was slower here, but that awkward tension and the drool-bond logic kept me locked in.
There’s a quick flashback that makes the moment hit better. The girl-to-girl challenge gets pretty intense, with really fluid animation and emotional reactions, and it all wraps up on a calm note in the end.
You're kidding, right? Am I watching some X-type anime? Haha. The episode has this awkward vibe and a weirdly gross thing that I can't explain. The retro animation style and that hypnotic, low-key soundtrack create an oddly dreamlike tone. But nonetheless, it's a strong start—kinda intriguing, so to speak.
The pacing is slow but intentional, with close-up shots and subtle expressions doing most of the work. The reactions, facial expressions, and even the moments of shock all feel fitting for the characters, and the tone of their voices matches them really well.
The park scene near the end stands out, especially when the female lead suddenly shows her fast-cutting skill. It turns a quiet moment into something sharp and a bit surprising. The whole thing still feels intimate and kind of strange, with that unspoken tension between the two.
Touching banget sih episode kali ini. Urabe baru kali ini attitudenya kayak orang bener. Bener-bener suka banget, semuanya manis banget. Tapi tetap ingat pasangan ini sama-sama gila! Gak jadi nangis aku gegara kelakuan aneh dua sejoli ini wkwkwk.
Gila banget Oka, parah banget jokesnya. Ueno baik banget sih jadi pacar wkwk. Suka banget ngelihat Urabe sama Tsubaki udah bener-bener mulai sehati. So sweet banget mereka huhuhu. Pasangan aneh terbaik sih ini.
