The episode is a breath of fresh air. Iroha brings back the chaotic energy to balance out the heavy atmosphere of the first two episodes. Moves are definitely being made quietly and indirectly, but with very clear intent.

The title matches the episode as expected. We get to see how much Iroha has grown since her first S.C. activity in Season 2, imo she looks mature and yet she is always the cheeky kouhai of Hachiman. There are some small foreshadowing in the episode and the expressions of the somehow character gave those away.
